Financial & Insurance

It’s our goal to provide you with affordable high quality treatment that fits your budget. We understand that orthodontics is a personal as well as financial investment and that our patients have different needs in meeting their financial obligations. Therefore, for your convenience we offer several payment options. For payments which are due at the time services are rendered we accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. For the payment of treatment fees we offer the following payment options:

  • Payment in full – If you would like to pay your orthodontic fee in full, by check or cash, at the beginning of treatment, we will extend a 3% discount to you for treatment fees where active treatment is involved.
  • Automatic Checking Account Draft – We offer no interest, financial arrangements with a one-time down payment followed by monthly payments all of which are conveniently drafted from your checking account.
  • Automatic Credit Card Charge – We offer no interest, financial arrangements with a one-time down payment followed by monthly payments all of which are conveniently charged to your credit card.

Please note that monthly payments are a convenience we offer to you by way of a payment plan to spread the cost of treatment out over time and they are due regardless of whether a patient is seen in that month. It is our goal to finish our patient’s treatment with the best possible result in the shortest amount of time. Consequently, there is no refund or credit given for finishing treatment before the estimated time. This is simply an added benefit should that occur.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.

We accept all indemnity insurances and we are a Delta Dental preferred provider. In addition, our financial team will be glad to file insurance claims for you, which is a service many orthodontic offices do not provide.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
